Onsite Parking is considered Surface lots and Parking Garages owned and operated by the Maryland State Government-
Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT)/Maryland Aviation Adminstration (MAA) providing free shuttle service
to and from the BWI terminal.
Offsite Parking is considered Surface lots operated by privately owned & approved parking vendors
located strategically near the airport, providing free shuttle service to and from the BWI terminal.
